TMC Environmental Brings on New Operations Expertise
TMC Environmental is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Haynes as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mark is charged with developing and executing the strategic and tactical operational plans for the company. He will provide hands-on management of the company's day-to-day operations and oversee the company's organizational development.
Prior to joining TMC, Mr. Haynes enjoyed 20-year tenure with Environmental Compliance Services (ECS), with five of those years being in an executive management capacity as President and COO. From the late 1990s to the early 2000s, ECS was ranked as one of the fastest growing environmental companies in the country. Mark was an integral part of the management team which was responsible for that rapid growth and expansion. His broad experience includes management of large scale remediation and abatement projects for public and private entities throughout the northeast.
Mr. Haynes’ new role at TMC is to streamline the operational functions and organizational structure of the company. He explained, “I am looking forward to optimizing resources across the five TMC service centers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Vermont, and New York, to facilitate the growth and expansion of the TMC Environmental brand”.
Mark graduated from Springfield College in 1991 with a BS in Environmental Health and Technology. He has used his educational and industry experience as a part-time professor at UMASS. Mark resides in Southwick, MA with his wife and two boys.
